AI In the HR Space + Hands on Session
Adam will lead an AI discussion in talent acquisition and how he uses AI throughout the hiring process, from sourcing candidates, creating outreach sequences, candidate review, interview scheduling, job description creation, note taking etc. Included in this conversation will be pitfalls of using AI, legal considerations, and eliminating biases from AI. Then he will lead a hands on session (Hint: bring your devices) where you can participate in coming up with problems they would like to solve and we will help them with prompts and frameworks to get their desired results.
